Return and Refund Policy
At Ruralshop.com, we are responsible for all the items what we sell. So we made an easy return policy for our customer. All return requests have to be initiated by the buyer within 3 days of receipt of their parcel. No return requests will be entertained post that.
Terms and Conditions
- All return requests should be initiated by the buyer within 3 days of receiving their order.
- All price tags and labels on the product should be intact.
- The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition.
- The product must be returned with original accessories and in the original box/packaging as it was delivered to you.
- Products like Freebies, clothing freebies, jewelry, fragile items and hygiene-related items, food items etc. do not qualify for replacement, exchanges or refund.
- Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page not qualifies for returns.
- Missing manufacturer tag, bills, from original packing will not be accepted for returns.
- Any exchange or returns for reasons other than the above, the shipping charges if any, will not be refunded.
How do I return my Product?
We offer easy return service, please contact our customer care they will assist you with the process.
Please write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or contact our customer care number with the order reference for easy process.
Do I need to send the product or can it be collected from my address?
Unfortunately, Ruralshop.com is not offering reverse pickup; you may have to self-ship the item through a reliable local courier service. Any amount you spend on sending the product by yourself will be reimbursed to your account (Maximum of 120 INR). Please mention invoice number on the address label and send the product to the address mentioned below.

Refunds of payments will be processed within 7-15 working days from the date of product received at our premises or warehouse.
Terms and Conditions
- Any exchange or returns for reasons other than mentioned in returns, the shipping charges if any, will not be refunded.
- Refunds of payments made via Cash on Delivery will be done by online transfers. An email form will be sent to the customer requesting to enter bank account details. Please further note that you shall be completely responsible for providing correct bank details and the company shall not be responsible in case wrong information has been provided to it.
- For payments made through electronic means like the debit card, credit card, net banking, etc. refund shall be made in the same payment mode.
- Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank. In the case of nationalized banks, a delay can be expected for the refund to be visible in the account.
- We cannot offer a refund when the mobile number is not reachable/ switched off or buyer’s unavailability or wrong address or item status is in transit or shipped.
Can I get a refund for a part of my order?
Yes. You can request a refund for a part of your order if the order contains multiple sub-orders or products. You can get a refund only for one of the products. However, if a product comprises multiple items as a bundle, amount of individual items will not be refunded.
